Terms & Conditions
These terms govern every quote, project and retainer delivered by Astra Web Solution, a digital services brand operated by Infinity Web Solution. By accepting a proposal or paying an invoice, you agree to what follows.
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Astra Web Solution is a brand operated by Infinity Web Solution, with its place of business at Baheti Tawer, Jawahar Marg, Khargone, Madhya Pradesh 451001, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Infinity Web Solution; “you” and “client” mean the person or business named on the accepted proposal or invoice.
2. Quotes, scope and acceptance
Every engagement starts with a written proposal that lists deliverables, assumptions, timeline and price. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Work begins once you accept the proposal in writing (email is enough) and the advance payment has cleared.
Anything not listed in the proposal is out of scope. Additional pages, features, integrations or design directions are quoted separately before they are built — we do not add cost silently.
3. Payments
- Projects are billed 50% in advance and 50% before launch, unless the proposal sets out a different milestone schedule.
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes, third-party licences, stock media, domain, hosting and paid-ad budgets unless expressly included.
- Work may be paused on accounts overdue by more than 15 days, after written notice.
4. Your responsibilities
Timelines assume content, approvals, access and feedback arrive when scheduled. You are responsible for supplying accurate content, for holding the rights to everything you send us, and for nominating a single point of contact who can approve work. Delays caused by missing content or feedback move the delivery date by at least the length of the delay.
5. Revisions
Each design stage includes two rounds of consolidated revisions. Further rounds, or changes that reverse a previously approved decision, are billed at our current hourly rate and quoted before we start.
6. Timelines
Dates in a proposal are estimates made in good faith, based on the agreed scope and on prompt responses from both sides. We tell you as soon as a date is at risk and what it will take to recover it.
7. Ownership of work
On receipt of final payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for you — designs, page templates, copy we wrote, and custom code — transfers to you. Until then, all work remains our property.
We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and internal components, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of your deliverable. Third-party assets — themes, plugins, fonts, stock media, SaaS platforms — remain under their own licences, which you are responsible for maintaining after handover.
8. Third-party services
Projects often depend on services we do not control: hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways, CDNs, analytics, advertising platforms and plugin vendors. We integrate them with care but cannot be responsible for their downtime, pricing changes, policy changes or discontinuation.
9. SEO and marketing results
Search and social results depend on competition, budget, market conditions and platform algorithms. We commit to the agreed activity, reporting and best practice — not to a specific ranking, traffic figure or revenue number. Anyone who guarantees a #1 ranking is guessing.
10. Support and warranty
Every project includes a post-launch support window stated in the proposal (30 days as standard), covering defects in what we built. It does not cover new features, content changes, third-party breakage, or issues caused by edits made by others. After that window, support continues under a maintenance plan or on an hourly basis.
11. Confidentiality
Both sides keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver the project. We are happy to sign your NDA before discovery begins.
12. Portfolio rights
Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the finished work — screenshots, a link and a short description — in our portfolio and marketing. Confidential metrics are never published without your approval.
13. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations, cooling-off and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim connected with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Acceptable use
We do not build or promote anything unlawful, deceptive, or designed to harm people — including phishing, malware, spam operations and content that infringes someone else’s rights. We may end an engagement immediately if a project turns out to be one of these.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The version published here on the date you accept a proposal is the version that governs that engagement.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Khargone, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, both sides agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 30 days of written notice.
