Return & Refund Policy
Astra Web Solution sells services, not physical products, so “returns” here mean cancelling an engagement and refunding what has not been delivered. This page explains exactly when that applies — and gives you a form to raise a request.
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. What this policy covers
It covers every service bought from Astra Web Solution, a brand operated by Infinity Web Solution — web design and development, e-commerce builds, custom software, SEO, social media and maintenance retainers. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. The 7-day cooling-off window
You can cancel within 7 calendar days of payment. If we have not started work, you receive a full refund. If work has started, we deduct the value of the stage completed — discovery, strategy, design or development — and refund the balance.
3. Cancelling after work has started
After the cooling-off window, you can stop a project at any time with written notice. You pay for completed and in-progress milestones; anything paid beyond that is refunded. We hand over everything produced up to that point once the final position is settled.
4. What is refundable
- Advance payments for work that has not started.
- Milestones that were paid for but never delivered.
- Duplicate, excess or incorrectly charged payments — refunded in full.
- Any engagement we cancel ourselves, for the undelivered portion.
5. What is not refundable
- Work already delivered, reviewed or approved by you.
- Third-party costs we have already paid on your behalf: domains, hosting, licences, plugins, stock media and advertising spend.
- Retainer months already served — cancel with 30 days’ notice and the current month completes.
- Delays caused by content, approvals or access not arriving from your side.
- SEO and social campaigns that ran as agreed but did not reach a ranking or revenue target — outcomes depend on markets and platform algorithms, which is why we never guarantee them.
- Changes of mind about a design direction that was already approved in writing.
6. How to raise a request
Use the form at the bottom of this page, or email support@astrawebsolution.com with your invoice reference. Include the payment date, the amount and what went wrong. Requests must be raised within 30 days of the payment or the delivery in question.
7. Timeline
- Within 3 working days — we acknowledge your request and tell you who is handling it.
- Within 7 working days — we confirm the outcome in writing, with the calculation behind it.
- Within 10 working days of approval — the refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank settlement usually takes another 3 to 5 working days.
8. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method and the original payer. Where that is not possible, we refund by bank transfer to an account in the invoiced party’s name. We do not refund to third parties, and we do not issue cash refunds. Bank charges levied by intermediary banks on international transfers are deducted from the refunded amount.
9. Chargebacks
Please raise a request with us before contacting your bank or card issuer. A chargeback filed while a request is open freezes the account and pauses all work until the bank closes its case — talking to us is always faster.
10. If you are not satisfied with the outcome
Reply to our decision email and it goes to the founder for review. Anything still unresolved after that is handled under the dispute clause in our Terms & Conditions.
